Located in a bustling area, close to the center, with convenient access to a metro station. Rooms are spacious, designed well, with friendly front, desk staff. Lilith is a helpful staff member who accommodates English speakers. Local convenience stores are also accessible on foot.
Some rooms have difficult, to, sleep, in locations.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like VIPs. They gave us great recommendations for local eateries and sights to see. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with plenty of fresh options to choose from.
The hotel's location was a bit further away from the main sights and attractions than we had hoped. It required a bit of a walk to get to the heart of the action, but the upside was a much quieter and more relaxed atmosphere around the hotel.

The hotel provided a variety of breakfast options, including rice which was great for Asian travelers. the staff were friendly and spoke English well, and were willing to accommodate requests such as providing early breakfast on the last day. the hotel's central location was convenient and close to attractions such as the Repullic Square and Vernissage.
The hotel did not have separate smoking areas, thus the terrace had a strong cigarette smell. There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, although a kettle was provided in the communal area.

They went out of their way to make us feel at home, even offering to brew Armenian coffee for us. The central location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the city. While there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms, the staff were more than happy to provide alternatives.
